Principals
 David D. Dowers has over 13 years experience in the area of corporate real estate services. The added value David brings to his clients is his experience in coordinating and overseeing all appropriate resources to deliver a "complete" project, including furniture, equipment, phone & data, signage, security, etc. With over 20 years of construction and business management experience, David has an extensive background in implementation and management of design, construction, and renovation processes in a wide variety of facilities. David's experience includes serving as Director of Operations for CLW Real Estate Services, and Southeast Region Director of Construction for Lincoln Property Company. David received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction from the University of Washington. He holds a WA Real Estate License and is a CCIM candidate. David is a Spokane native and is active in the Spokane Regional Chamber, Spokane Economic Development Council, Marketing Associates of Spokane, Traders Club, and other local community, business, and professional organizations.
 Lisa A. Dowers is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of WA with more than 17 years experience in Property Management and Tenant/Landlord representation. Prior to launching Dowers Commercial Real Estate Group, Lisa spent 5 years with CLW Real Estate Services specializing in corporate real estate services for institutional clients throughout the United States. She worked with Florida Real Estate Advisors in the early-mid 1990's as their top leasing and marketing representative in Tampa, FL managing and leasing over 500,000 SF of office space. With her extensive background in the commercial real estate arena, Lisa has a broad knowledge of all aspects of the business and prides herself in her relationships and networking abilities with clients and brokers throughout the country. Lisa is actively involved with the Spokane Regional Chamber of Commerce, Spokane Economic Development Council, Traders Club, and is a CCIM candidate.
